choosing a home

In buying a home, several things are to be considered. The accessibility of the place, the nature of the place, your neighbors, the amount and of course the house design. I had this experience several years ago when I rented out a place for myself. I liked the place. It’s located in a peaceful subdivision in the suburbs. It’s cheap and the house is really nice. But what I didn’t know is that the place is a dead spot for internet connection. I could hardly get a signal from my internet connection. It was crazy since, I do a living being a freelance webmaster and how could I live without the internet?! It was a huge mistake since I have already signed a contract. Good thing is that the owner of the house considered my plead to disregard the contact and I had to explain the situation. The internet is my life and living in a place with the best internet service providers is a must for me. Nowadays, I survey the area first if they got good ISPs over the are and what services do they offer. Good thing is that I got a provider which offers extremely fast internet which even offered me a free hub and they even got these speedtest tools to check internet connection speed. At least now, I won’t make the same mistake again! Lesson learned!
