For several years we have been renting an apartment. I have been living with my sister and my parents. In the end, we just came to realize that we’ve been paying monthly for a property that can never be ours. So we thought applying for a home loan would be a better option for us. We may be paying slightly higher monthly payments but at least, we can be rest assured of its ownership in the future.
