making the most out of renovation budget

Recently we had a really tough work that we just had finished. It is like applying a whole makeover on a clients’ home. We were like surgeons doing Sacramento cosmetic surgery on a badly disfigured face. They are actually new clients so at least we would like to impress them as much as we can so at least they’d see the quality of our work. The requirements of this recent project called for a renovation of the kitchen and dining room and the living area, we also had to fix the ensuite bathroom to fit the new home owner’s look and feel.  What made it really difficult is that we had a very limited budget. So we had to utilize all our resources and take advantage of all its spaces in a timeless transitional style.
