Developing a career in any chosen field requires a lot of learning and learning new things is fun but at the same time difficult. It requires apprenticeships and in-depth and hands on training experience. Apprenticeship provides hands-on help and a solid understanding of how a specific process works. It is definitely proven to be one of the most successful methods any person can use to develop their skills and in their own craft. Some apprenticeships or on the job trainings provide allowance or salary so you earn some money and at the same time you learn more.
I myself didn’t learn too much from school, they just taught theory but you’ll mostly only use about 10% of what you learn in school then the rest is learned from trainings and through job experience. These apprenticeship programs bring the most highly-skilled and highly paid individuals who work at their jobs all over the world.
