Investing in UK properties

Posted by admin under: properties abroad .

Investing properties in the US has always been great and the return of investments is also quite good. But last night, I was contemplating on investing on properties such as flats or houses in the abroad, perhaps in UK. I’m also thinking of establishing my second home in UK. I don’t know if the process would be that easy but it’s somewhat something that should be thought of. I’ve read that UK is rushing with visitors worldwide? And in fact, some tourists who even happened to visit UK established their own properties there. I just wonder why is it that ever since and until now the place is too attractive and alluring to investors.

I while ago, I was searching for some properties in UK and I got to a site Welcomhome.co.uk which offers a lot of great properties for sale and for rent such as properties to rent in Liverpool, flats to rent in London and houses to buy in York. The site offers a lot of information regarding the places you are interested with. Their map provided by Microsoft Visual Earth is also a very nice tool to give property finders an idea on where to find the exact location of the properties that are being sold. If I were to choose, perhaps, I’d go for a house in York. I like this one which I really like which is a two bedroom duplex with a living area, dining area and a fitted kitchen.
