Buying FSBO homes
Posted by admin under: real estate .
By 2009, we’ll be moving to Denver so as early as now, we’re getting everything prepared. We are getting ourselves prepared physically, mentally and financially. We aren’t really sure if we’ll be able to reach our financial target by 2008 but if worse comes to worst then we might be needing a home loan. Right now, we’re also getting to know our FICO score. Perhaps we would go for Equifax since they offer free credit reports. So far I think it is the most reliable since they’ve been the oldest in this kind of industry and they gather and maintain information on over 400 million credit holders worldwide. This company actually offer products that help people monitor their credit history which includes alerting consumers to the possibility of their being a victim of credit fraud or identity theft.
As soon as we have fixed and supplied all needed documents, we’ll then start looking for that dream house of ours. To save ourselves some money we might just go for For Sale by Owner Homes. These types of homes and property transactions are done by home or property buyers and sellers directly interacting with each other. This type of real estate transactions are gaining tremendous popularity in the US, mainly because of the significant cost savings because of the elimination of intermediaries and their associated costs. Last night while i was surfing over the web looking for FSBO homes, i saw this house conveniently located in the Westminster Arvada community. I like it since it is 15 minutes from downtown Denver or Boulder. I saw it from the site Obares.com. The site actually have listings of homes all over the cities of the US. It also has a functionality where property owners can sell their homes through their website.
