Investing in beach Properties

I’m thinking to buy some properties near the beach. So I’m thinking of where to buy properties beside the best beaches in the world. I’ve heard from some friends that the best beaches in the world can be found in Philippines so I did a research on investing in Philippine Real Estate. Some of the best beaches over the country are Boracay, El Nido in Palawan, Pagudpod and Anilao Beach. I just thought that investing in Real Estate in the Philippines would also be a good idea for me since my uncle who has married a Filipina have been living there for about 10 years now and he might be able to help me find a nice property for investment. Investing in real estate in the is not comparable to gambling. Yes, it’s true that there is always risk, but the difference is that the odds are in your favor.
