being a realtor…

Posted by admin under: Uncategorized .

A few years back, I had these doubts about myself, what I career I want to take and which one I would benefit from. I wanted to be a doctor or perhaps a realtor. A lot of questions have bothered me. First, are realtors sort of on call just like doctors? I’m wondering if I were to enter this field that I may never be able to really plan anything because I never know when someone will want to see a property. Can a realtor I choose not to work on weekends? And now after 7 years in the industry, I came up with answers to my own questions. Real Estate is a tough business but rewarding as well. Work situation may vary. You should consider type of company will you work for. When I first started, I worked day and night, weekends and spent many hours to build up my business. I really had a little time for my family and for my baby. I even resorted to getting a Sydney Nanny. That is the case, if you are paid salary then you always have to follow the rules.

If you are an independent, then you can do whatever you want as long as you are able to sell. A little less to bother you and you follow your own rules. The only thing that matters here is that you should be able to sell or else you’ll end up flat broke! But if you’re selling ability is quite spectacular then you shouldn’t have any problems in producing sales thus making you earn more than just being paid a regular salary.
